"If you have never used these American made knives you are absolutely going to love them. I confess, I was a bit of a name brand knife snob – wanting to replace my knives over the years with the expensive imported ones. But I bought my first one at the church fair several years ago. Since then I have been made a believer in the quality of these very modestly priced knives. I can go on and on about these knives, but will stop here to say, if you don’t own one, look at the catalog in the lower hall, and consider adding one to your utensil drawer. You won’t be disappointed. The Rada Company generously gives a percentage back to the church as a fundraising incentive as these knives are not sold in regular stores. " -- Linda Dalpe
